My IJCAI Paper is "BEINGS -- Knowledge As Interacting Experts".

My travel plans and expenses are on INTIN4[ADM,DBL].  I am going on an
 APEX fare (about $305 one-way to Moscow, and then $200 from London back
 to Phila, Pa,
 and finally night coach to S.F. for about $110.  
I am making my own arrangements to get from Russia to England.
 That flight comes to about $116. Since I am touring the USSR, my intra-
 Soviet flights are over $300. This does not include living costs, of course.
 If you are asking with an eye toward repayment, I think that the
 $611 round trip APEX fare, plus the $75 Moscow↔Tbilisi fare, is fair.
In reality, my total air fares will be about $900.
If you can grok all that, please explain it to me.
